Senior Program Manager

WME is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager, Information Technology to lead complex technology initiatives and help mature program delivery across the global IT organization.

This role will oversee cross-functional technology programs, provide visibility into key initiatives across Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, and Workplace Technology, and help establish scalable program management practices.

The Senior Program Manager will partner with IT leadership to develop and mature the IT PMO and improve how technology initiatives are planned and executed.

The role will report to WME's Sr. Director, of Global TechOps & Strategy, based in Beverly Hills, CA.

Key Responsibilities

Program Leadership & Strategic Initiatives

  • Lead and coordinate complex technology programs that span multiple teams across Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, Workplace Technology, and enterprise platforms.
  • Manage initiatives such as infrastructure upgrades, cloud migrations, identity and access management improvements, collaboration platform deployments, and operational technology improvements.
  • Translate high-level technology priorities into structured programs with defined milestones, workstreams, timelines, and success metrics.
  • Coordinate planning and execution across engineering teams, operations teams, and business stakeholders to ensure initiatives move forward efficiently.
  • Identify cross-team dependencies early and resolve conflicts related to scope, priorities, or resource constraints.
  • Drive program planning activities including kickoff alignment, roadmap development, milestone tracking, and delivery reviews.
  • Lead high-impact initiatives that require coordination across multiple technical teams or significant executive visibility.
  • Ensure programs deliver measurable outcomes including improved system reliability, operational efficiency, user experience, and scalability of technology platforms.
  • Own program outcomes, ensuring initiatives deliver measurable improvements in operational efficiency, reliability, and user experience across the technology environment.
  • Partner with the Senior Director of Global Technology Operations to drive cross-organizational initiatives that improve how technology teams plan, prioritize, and deliver work.

PMO Development & Organizational Maturity

  • Partner with IT leadership to build and mature the IT Program Management Office (PMO).
  • Develop and implement scalable project management frameworks, delivery standards, and operational processes that improve how technology initiatives are executed.
  • Establish consistent practices for:

    • Project intake and prioritization
    • Program planning and roadmap alignment
    • Project governance and reporting
    • Cross-team coordination and dependency management
  • Help create visibility into technology initiatives across the organization to support informed decision making and prioritization.

Portfolio Visibility & Operational Coordination

  • Serve as air traffic control for technology initiatives across the IT organization.
  • Provide visibility into active programs, project dependencies, and resource demands across teams.
  • Help leadership understand program progress, trade-offs, and risks through structured reporting and regular program reviews.
  • Facilitate coordination across Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, Workplace Technology, Product, and business teams to ensure initiatives are aligned and dependencies are managed.

Project Leadership & Execution

  • Lead enterprise technology initiatives similar in scope to those currently managed within the IT Project Manager function, including infrastructure upgrades, platform implementations, office technology deployments, and operational improvements.
  • Ensure projects follow established program governance practices while maintaining flexibility to support the pace and culture of the organization.
  • Drive accountability for project outcomes, timelines, and deliverables across internal teams and external partners.

Executive Communication & Stakeholder Management

  • Provide clear and concise program updates to technology leadership and executive stakeholders.
  • Prepare program-level reporting that highlights progress, risks, dependencies, and strategic impact.
  • Facilitate program reviews, steering committees, and decision forums that support leadership alignment.

Vendor & Budget Management

  • Manage vendors, implementation partners, and external service providers to ensure deliverables align with project objectives, timelines and contractual commitments.
  • Support vendor evaluation and engagement when external expertise is required.
  • Track project budgets, control costs, and report financial performance to leadership.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or related field (PMP certification preferred).
  • 7+ years of experience in IT project management, with a focus on infrastructure and enterprise technology projects.
  • Experience performing business analysis activities, including requirements gathering and documentation.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple IT projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong understanding of IT systems, networking, cloud platforms, and enterprise application deployments.
  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Asana, Smartsheet).
  • Exceptional organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience helping establish or mature a technology PMO.
  • Experience managing network infrastructure upgrades, office relocations, cloud migrations, and data circuit installations.
  • Familiarity with Active Directory, collaboration platforms (e.g., Microsoft 365), and enterprise applications.
  • Knowledge of IT security and compliance best practices.
  • Familiarity with leading cloud platforms and governance frameworks.

Per local requirements and in the interest of transparency, the rate shown below reflects the prevalent current hiring range for this position. Hiring pay rates are based on a number of factors, including location and may vary depending on job-related qualifications, knowledge, skills and experience. The company strives to provide locally competitive rewards packages, which include base rate along with, as applicable, short- and long-term incentives, growth and developmental opportunities, and robust benefits, such as health care, retirement, vacation and other paid time off, and additional offerings.

Hiring Rate Minimum:
$131,250 annually (minimum will not fall below the applicable state/local minimum salary thresholds)

Hiring Rate Maximum:
$175,000 annually
