As Sr. Director of Sales Strategy & Operations, you are a senior operator who can help design and implement the operational backbone of the business. You will create systems, processes, and monetization strategies that enable us to ingest client content inventory and transform it into scalable sales opportunities. You will partner closely with senior leadership to define monetization strategies, streamline packaging and rate cards, and ensure our sales and development teams have the tools and processes needed to succeed. Core Responsibilities
Operational Strategy & Execution
- Help design and implement the operational infrastructure to manage and monetize creator content inventory at scale.
- Develop monetization strategies - including rate cards, packaging, and standardized formats - that streamline sales efforts and maximize revenue.
- Partner with the Head of Sales and senior leadership to shape business strategy, go-to-market approaches, and long-term growth plans.
- Engage directly with talent, creators, and their teams to ensure systems and processes effectively translate content inventory into market-ready opportunities.
- Build standardized workflows, tools, and dashboards that enable the business to operate efficiently at scale.
- Monitor operational performance and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and revenue potential.
- Collaborate with the Head of Technology to evaluate, select, and implement a technology platform that underpins the operational layer.

Sales Enablement & Collaboration
- Serve as a strategic partner to sales, campaign management, and cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment between operations and revenue goals.
- Provide insights and guidance to help sales teams prioritize opportunities, package inventory effectively, and close deals efficiently.
- Build internal playbooks, documentation, and processes to enable team growth and consistent execution across clients and campaigns.
Data & Analytics
- Maintain and analyze operational metrics to inform business decisions, track performance, and support monetization strategies.
- Translate complex data into actionable insights for leadership and cross-functional teams.
- Ensure accurate reporting on content availability, campaign execution, and revenue performance.
Process Improvement & Scalability
- Identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and opportunities to improve operational performance across the business.
- Lead initiatives to streamline workflows, automate repetitive tasks, and optimize the end-to-end content-to-sales process.
- Establish best practices that can scale across clients, platforms, and markets.
Qualifications & Attributes
Qualifications
- 12+ years of experience in sales operations, business strategy, or related leadership roles across strategic operations within digital media, entertainment, or creator-driven businesses.
- Proven experience working directly with talent, creators, and their teams to operationalize content inventory for market monetization.
- Track record of collaborating with senior leadership to define strategy and execute complex, high-growth initiatives.
- Demonstrated success designing and implementing scalable operational systems that drive revenue growth.
- Strong understanding of digital advertising, content monetization models, and creator economies.
- Experience developing monetization strategies, including pricing, packaging, and rate card design.
- Strong analytical skills with experience leveraging dashboards, CRM systems, and business intelligence tools to inform decisions.
- Experience evaluating and implementing technology platforms to support operational scalability.
- Excellent project management skills, capable of managing multiple cross-functional initiatives simultaneously.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to translate operational complexity into actionable recommendations for leadership and teams.

Per local requirements and in the interest of transparency, the hourly rate shown below reflects the prevalent current hiring range for this position. Hiring pay rates are based on a number of factors, including location and may vary depending on job-related qualifications, knowledge, skills and experience. The company strives to provide locally competitive rewards packages, which include base rate along with, as applicable, short- and long-term incentives, growth and developmental opportunities, and robust benefits, such as health care, retirement, vacation and other paid time off, and additional offerings.
Hiring Rate Minimum:
$165,000 annually (minimum will not fall below the applicable state/local minimum salary thresholds)
Hiring Rate Maximum:
$220,000 annually
