WME Group's Legal team is seeking an assistant to multiple corporate legal executives. The ideal candidate has a strong legal acumen and an insatiable desire to learn more. Exact scope of responsibility will depend on the candidate's demonstrated capabilities. This is a unique opportunity for anyone interested in learning about the function of a corporate legal office at a major entertainment/media company and interested in a legal career.
Duties will include:
- Maintaining a busy calendar
- Taking very accurate notes
- Handling phone calls
- Organizational tasks involving the company's various entities
- Tracking legal projects
- Other administrative duties (including managing and collecting signatures from company executives)
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree
- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to juggle many projects at one time
- Desire to learn about the legal department at a major entertainment/media company
Per local requirements and in the interest of transparency, the hourly rate shown below reflects the prevalent current hiring range for this position. Hiring pay rates are based on a number of factors, including location and may vary depending on job-related qualifications, knowledge, skills and experience. The company strives to provide locally competitive rewards packages, which include base rate along with, as applicable, short- and long-term incentives, growth and developmental opportunities, and robust benefits, such as health care, retirement, vacation and other paid time off, and additional offerings.
Hiring Rate Minimum:
$15.75 hourly (minimum will not fall below the applicable state/local minimum wage thresholds)
Hiring Rate Maximum:
$21.00 hourly
