Overview of Job

The Data Services team is a small, agile group that partners across all departments on a wide variety of projects. We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Data Services Coordinator who is comfortable handling sensitive client information in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and thrives in both independent and collaborative work settings

A key component of this position is becoming a subject matter expert in our internal data systems. This individual will serve as a resource to agents, legal, and the accounting, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and integrity in all company databases.

This role supports core data management and reporting functions while also offering opportunities to contribute to stretch projects across multiple areas of the company

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities

  • Respond to internal inquiries and support requests in a timely and professional manner.
  • Manage and update client tax and banking information with accuracy and discretion.
  • Advise internal stakeholders on proper data entry procedures and best practices.
  • Identify opportunities to improve data integrity, workflows, and reporting efficiency.
  • Develop ad-hoc and regular data-driven reports for key stakeholders across the company.
  • Assist with cross-functional projects and support broader team initiatives as needed.

Knowledge and Experience

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Teams.
  • Experience working with financial, tax, or client data preferred.
  • Previous experience in data entry, reporting, or administrative support is a plus.

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
  • Enthusiastic, proactive, and adaptable with excellent organization skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • High level of discretion and commitment to maintaining confidentiality
  • Comfortable taking ownership of initiatives or providing collaborative support to the broader team

Per local requirements and in the interest of transparency, the rate shown below reflects the prevalent current hiring range for this position. Hiring pay rates are based on a number of factors, including location and may vary depending on job-related qualifications, knowledge, skills and experience. The company strives to provide locally competitive rewards packages, which include base rate along with, as applicable, short- and long-term incentives, growth and developmental opportunities, and robust benefits, such as health care, retirement, vacation and other paid time off, and additional offerings.

Hiring Rate Minimum:
$51,000 annually (minimum will not fall below the applicable state/local minimum salary thresholds)

$68,000 annually
