    • Condução de reuniões semanais com clientes
    • Gestão de headcount e horas produtivas de fornecedores
    • Acompanhamento de KPIs: atrasos, faltas, horas faturáveis
    • Identificação e reporte de riscos de compliance
    • Acompanhamento diário de indicadores internos
    • Reporte de horas faturáveis, produtivas e de shrinkage
    • Gestão visual dos indicadores e códigos auxiliares
    • Gestão de acessos dos agentes aos sistemas dos clientes
