Job Description
The Workday Solutions Architect will work in Warwick on a hybrid basis. As a Solutions Architect you will play a pivotal role in defining and executing the ERP solution architecture strategy. You will leverage ERP technologies like Workday and Ivalua to design scalable, secure, and highly integrated solutions that enhance business processes and drive digital transformation. The ideal candidate will have deep experience with the ERP ecosystem, including cloud architectures, microservices, and enterprise applications, while also demonstrating strong leadership and collaboration skills across teams
Key Responsibilities:
The succesful candidate will work closely with key stakeholders from the Architecture Team, IT Leadership, Programme Management, Service Delivery and Supplier architecture functions, to facilitate appropriate technology decisions. They will also ensure alignment across business change, IT architecture and technology solution delivery, to meet business objectives, while ensuring compliance of enterprise technology solutions
Qualifications:
- Experience in architecting enterprise scale solutions using the Workday product set
- Previous experience in performing in a large complex change programme with scope coverage of Finance, HCM and Procurement delivery
- Experience in delivering enterprise scale solutions within the Azure environment & Microsoft Azure Service Bus
- Experience in solutions that utilize the Workday platform & Ivalua Platform
- Experience of HCM, Finance and Procurement platforms (specifically within an Energy Services Environment).
- Strong experience in technical analysis, architecture, and design at an enterprise solutioning level
- Experience working within the Energy sector ; and delivering to regulatory, legislative and security standards.
- Extensive application delivery experience, particularly with Workday technologies
- Solid experience of architecture frameworks, reference models, and management of the architecture repository
- Solid experience in management of the Technical Architecture (supporting continuous improvements and roadmaps)
- Specialist Skills/ Ability/Knowledge
- Solid functional understanding of Finance, HCM and Procurement processes and methodologies
- Proficient in API-centric architecture, microservices, and data integration techniques.
