• Report Types - Experience with Advanced, Matrix, Composite, Trending, and Transposed reports

• Calculated Fields - Ability to create and manage calculated fields for complex reporting logic

• Data Sources & Business Objects - Understanding of Workday data sources and business object relationships

• Security in Reporting - Knowledge of reportlevel security and access controls

• Report Optimization - Skills in performance tuning and optimizing report execution
