Job Description:

• Expertise in industry-standard design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar
• Strong command of front-end web technologies (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript) and experience with modern JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js) for building interactive UIs
• Solid understanding and practical application of responsive and adaptive design principles for various screen sizes and devices
• Experience in designing and implementing effective data visualizations for complex financial data, leveraging libraries like D3.js, High charts, or similar
• Familiarity with version control systems, particularly Git, for collaborative development
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel for documentation, presentations, and data analysis
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Computer Science, Design, or a related field
• A strong portfolio showcasing UX/UI design expertise, particularly for complex web applications, and ideally including examples from the financial sector
• Worked on understanding user behaviors, motivations, and pain points to make better UX designs
• Worked with projects in financial services domain
• Excellent analytical communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently, take ownership, trouble shoot and multi-task,

The expected compensation for this role ranges from $60,000 to $135,000 .

Final compensation will depend on various factors, including your geographical location, minimum wage obligations, skills, and relevant experience. Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro's standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.
