Job Description
- Receive inbound calls transferred from the client
- Solicit prospects over the phone to tour with sales consultants
- Sell vacation packages over the phone to qualifying guests
- Determine eligibility of guests per qualification standards
- Assist guests with questions about vacation properties, packages, and procedures
- Assist guests with making the reservation

- At least High School graduate (old curriculum) or Senior High School Graduate
- Minimum 12 months experience in Sales (BPO or Non-BPO)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Maintains an upbeat, positive and motivated demeanor
- Able to read/write/speak the English language
- Ability to build rapport and overcome objections.
- Ability to maintain required sales percentages per week
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficient in basic PC knowledge
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Must be flexible to work nights, weekends and select holidays outside of your scheduled shift
Mandatory Skills
- Computer Skills and Background
- Basic understanding of how a computer works and the devices that are driven by the computer (ie.
- Internet (ISP), Drivers, Operating System, Hardware, Software, etc)

- Ability to analyze and solve customer concerns
