Skills - OpenText / Microfocus OMI OBM ITOM Solution

Location Chennai /Coimbatore

• 7-10 years of knowledge of the event management Tools OpenText Opsbridge IT Management suite.
• Experience in Managing/Supporting Azure container based deployment of OpenText OpsBridge Suite.
• Knowledge of configuring AIOPS based event correlation using OpenText OpsBridge Suite.
• Experience in creating customized Dashboards using OT Business Value Dashboards and OpsBridge Analytics.
• Experience in deploying and integrating OpenText (Formerly Micro Focus) Ops Bridge suite of products independently.
• Expert in Ops Bridge suite of products with in depth hands on experience of at least 2-3 products.
• CDF deployment, Management pack & Connectors (Mandatory) experience.
• OPTIC Installation and integration with OBM.OBM Upgrade experience.
• Configure High Availability, SSL SSO for Ops Bridge Suite of Products
• OBM Integration with SolarWinds and ServiceNow.
• OBM Integration with other 3rd party tools (Thousand Eyes, Aruba & UXI) using custom connector development.
• Installing and troubleshooting of OA agents.
• Unix (RHEL, SUSE, etc.) and windows OS knowledge and experience.
