Job Description

Role Purpose

To ensure success as a technical architect, you should have extensive knowledge of enterprise networking systems, advanced problem-solving skills, and the ability to project manage. A top-class technical architect can design and implement any size system to perfectly meet the needs of the client.

Key Responsibilities

  • Improved data clarity and reduced ambiguity in engineering decision cycles.
  • High-quality insights that lead to measurable deployment or optimization improvements.
  • Prompt strategies adopted by network teams with demonstrated value uplift.
  • Reduced analysis-to-action timelines using data-driven prompts.
  • Clear ROI reporting for each phase of the data-centric solution lifecycle.
  • Strong alignment between data, engineering, product, and governance teams.


Required Skills:

Business Analysis & Data Insight Development
  • Work with Databricks data engineering teams to understand data pipelines, schemas, and transformations across network deployment and production systems.
  • Analyze large-scale network datasets (5G/4G build data, configuration data, deployment milestones, site on-air performance, NOC events, provisioning trends).
  • Identify patterns, correlations, and gaps to derive actionable business insights for engineering and leadership.
  • Translate insights into clear business narratives, KPIs, and recommendations that shape decision-making.

Prompt Engineering Enablement for Network Teams
  • Convert data-driven insights into prompt engineering priorities for network engineering teams.
  • Help define and refine targeted prompts that assist engineers in:
  • Value quantification
  • ROI justification
  • Deployment optimization
  • Network quality improvement
  • Create prompt templates, context guides, guardrails, and evaluation frameworks based on business logic and data behaviors

Collaboration with Data Teams (Databricks Ecosystem)
  • Work closely with Databricks platform engineers to:
  • Identify required data tables and gold/silver layers
  • Validate data quality and lineage
  • Ensure correct business interpretation of curated datasets
  • Participate in architecture discussions, data model reviews, and UAT cycles for new data products.
  • Support A/B experiments, pilot programs, and validation of AI/ML or LLM-assisted solutions


Required Qualifications

Technical Skills • Strong understanding of Telecom network data, including:
  • Network deployment lifecycle o RF/Performance metrics
  • OSS/BSS data flows o Network inventory, topology, configuration
  • Hands-on experience analyzing production datasets in: o Databricks o PySpark / SQL
  • Familiarity with GenAI concepts:
  1. Prompt engineering principles
  2. Evaluation frameworks
  3. Retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) is a plus
  • Ability to interpret data models, jobs, pipelines, ETL/ELT processe

Experience: 8-10 Years .

The expected compensation for this role ranges from $80,000 to $158,000 .

Final compensation will depend on various factors, including your geographical location, minimum wage obligations, skills, and relevant experience. Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro's standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.
