Techno-Functional Consultant SAP

As a Senior Consultant primarily serves as the main point of contact for a portfolio of clients, ensuring high satisfaction and coordinating project delivery with technical teams. This role blends Functional consultation and Solutioning as per client requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Consulting: Partner with clients to understand their business goals and help develop solutions. Provide insight into SAP product roadmaps, new capabilities, and best practices.
• Client Satisfaction & Engagement: Ensure a high level of client satisfaction, manage expectations, resolve issues proactively, and conduct regular service review meetings (operational and strategic).
• Project Coordination: Collaborate closely with SAP implementation and delivery teams to ensure project success, alignment with client expectations, and compliance with contractual agreements.
• Issue & Risk Management: Act as an escalation point for delivery-related issues, manage project and business risks, and troubleshoot problems to meet business needs.
• Documentation & Analysis: Analyze client data and usage metrics to identify growth opportunities, prepare project deliverables like blueprint documentation and design specifications, and ensure data integrity.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• SAP Expertise: Strong understanding of SAP technologies (e.g., S/4HANA, specific modules like SD, FICO, EWM, SuccessFactors) and consulting services.
• Client-Facing Experience: Proven experience in client-facing roles, including conducting workshops, presenting to C-suite management, and negotiating contracts.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and moderation skills to translate between technical and non-technical audiences.
• Business Acumen: A good understanding of business contexts, process analysis, and the ability to link client needs to actionable SAP solutions.
• Soft Skills: Leadership capabilities, ability to work in a fast-paced team environment, strong problem-solving skills, and a proactive approach.
• Education/Certifications: A Bachelor's degree is typically required, with relevant certifications (e.g., SAP, ITIL, PMP) being highly beneficial.
