We're looking for a skilled Network Technical Operations Manager to lead the daily operations of our enterprise network infrastructure. You'll manage a cross-tier team (L1-L3), ensure high network availability, streamline incident and change management, and drive operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and optimize 24x7 network operations across on-prem, cloud, and hybrid environments.
• Manage incident response, major outages, and post-incident reviews (RCA).
• Oversee L1-L3 team performance, development, and shift planning.

Required Skills

Strong understanding of networking protocols (TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, MPLS, VPN, etc.

12 years in network operations or engineering, with at least 5 years in a managerial or lead role

Hands-on experience with enterprise-grade switches, routers, firewalls, CDN, DDOS, VPN and load balancers (e.g., Cisco, Arista, Fortinet, F5, Zscaler, Akamai CDN and DDOS solutions)

Familiarity with network monitoring tools (Selector AI, Splunk...etc.)

Exposure to cloud networking (AWS, Azure, GCP) and hybrid network environments

Understanding of network security, segmentation, and compliance requirements

Preferred Certifications

• CCNP/CCIE, AWS Advanced Networking, ITIL v4

Mandatory Skills: Network Data Admin .

Experience: 8-10 Years .

Expected annual pay for this role ranges from $80,000 to $158,000 . Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro's standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.
