As a Techno Functional Consultant L1 at Wipro Technologies within our TS - TTMS sector, you will be entrusted with the pivotal responsibility of designing and implementing observability solutions across diverse IT systems and applications. This role demands close collaboration with business stakeholders and IT teams to thoroughly understand and translate observability requirements into actionable strategies. You will play an instrumental role in diagnosing system performance issues and engineering improvements that enhance system monitoring capabilities.

Your expertise will ensure the continual refinement and updating of system documentation and operational procedures pertinent to observability, fostering an environment of clear communication and operational excellence. In addition, you will be tasked with monitoring infrastructure alerts, swiftly responding to anomalies, and proactively recommending solutions to minimize incident occurrences and maximize system uptime.
Ownership and accountability are paramount, as you will manage and resolve support tickets related to observability, maintaining strict adherence to defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs). You will also spearhead automation initiatives aimed at elevating observability practices, thereby contributing to the efficiency and effectiveness of IT operations.
This role requires a robust understanding of AIOPS Cloud Observability technologies and tools, combined with strong problem-solving abilities and a dedication to execution excellence.
