• Hybrid mode of work from Gdansk or Warsaw

Flair for technical writing with minimum two years' experience desired.

Thoroughly conversant with authoring tools, namely Microsoft Office suite and XML Editors.

Knowledge of creating conceptual and flow diagrams with provided styling with Microsoft PowerPoint is a must. Use of MS Visio will be an added advantage.

Knowledge of HTML and XML is mandatory. Exposure the publishing and content management systems will be an added advantage.

Knowledge of Version Control tools (preferably GIT), UNIX, Confluence will help in this role.

Ability to dove-tail tasks and attend to multiple delivery schedules. Pre-empt bottle-necks and plan non-interfering schedules to deliver with quality every time.

Should be able to correspond and negotiate with stakeholders to ensure all the documentation inputs and deliveries are in before the scheduled finalization activities.

Should be able to work with teams located across the globe in multiple time zones. Needless to say, should have excellent and rapid communication skills via verbal and non-verbal tools.

Mentor and guide software developers for their documentation needs.

Review documents from editorial aspects.

Should be thorough about the Agile way of working, lean principles, and work metrics.

The incumbent must provide correct daily, weekly and monthly metrics reports about effort spent on documentation delivery.

Any graduate in any discipline with knowledge of computer science preferred.
