Wipro, a leading global information technology, consulting and business process services company is looking for your talent to join into one of our projects as a Technical Writer.

This position belongs to the Business Process Solutions (BPS) area of the company.

Core Responsibilities:

• Meet with product managers and software engineers to determine scope and create documentation plans.
• Write documentation for developers that cover: how to use APIs, how to build software applications, and how to use developer tools and libraries.
• Fix documentation errors reported by users.
• Provide editorial reviews for other technical writers.
• Create information architectures for sets of documents.

Required skills

• Technical Writing, Editing, Information Architecture

Preferred skills

• Coding experience with Python, JavaScript, TypeScript, Go, or Java

Preferred qualifications

• Experience using GitHub for authoring, reviewing, publishing, and content management
• Experience writing developer-facing documentation or technical customer-facing materials.
• Experience documenting, developing, or using APIs in Python, JavaScript, TypeScript, Go, or Java.
• Experience writing in markdown and HTML
• Familiarity with use of generative AI models and AI agents in software development projects
