Technical Project Manager (DevOps/Automation/Python)

Overview: We are seeking a Technical Program Manager who can drive end to end delivery of complex technical programs with strong execution rigor, hands on technical depth, and the ability to operate across software, automation, DevOps, and system level domains. This role requires close collaboration with engineering, infrastructure, operations, and business stakeholders to ensure predictable delivery, high quality, and rapid issue resolution.

Key Responsibilities

Program / Project Management (End-to-End Delivery)

• Own programs from intake to delivery, including scope definition, execution planning, delivery tracking, and closure.

Schedule, Milestone & Dependency Management

• Create and maintain detailed program plans with milestones, dependencies, and critical paths.

Hands-On Technical Depth (Overall)

• Work closely with engineering teams to understand system architecture, technical trade-offs, and implementation constraints

Python / Automation Experience

• Leverage Python or automation frameworks to support operational efficiency, validation, reporting, or data analysis where applicable.

Mandatory Skills: Windows Platform Engineering .

Experience: 3-5 Years .

The expected compensation for this role ranges from $45,000 to $121,000 .

Final compensation will depend on various factors, including your geographical location, minimum wage obligations, skills, and relevant experience. Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro's standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.
