Role :Technical Lead ( .NET )
Description :
Design, develop, and maintain highly scalable internal and external facing APIs utilizing .NET Core.
• Evaluate application requirements by conferring with product owners and users, analyzing data points, understanding system flows, and integration boundaries with other enterprise applications.
• Develop unit and integration tests for all new features and legacy code where necessary.
• Ensure that code and configurations support application scalability.
• Support production users through monitoring and working incident tickets.
• Perform code reviews and participate in defining & ensuring adherence to coding standards.
• Participate in development from conception through implementation of new application features.
• Attend daily standups to keep others informed of your progress and to collaborate with fellow team members.
• Updates job knowledge by studying latest development tools, programming techniques, and development processes; participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.

Qualifications:• Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline preferred.
• Experience with the .NET technology stack is required.
• Proven expertise designing and developing applications with C#/ASP.NET MVC/Web API.
• Experience with database design and writing complex T-SQL queries
• Experience writing unit tests.
• Experience developing code adhering to SOLID design principles.
• Knowledge of web application design patterns (Clean and/or Vertical Slice Architecture, Event Driven design, asynchronous processing, etc.).
• Excellent ability to communicate technical concepts.
• Ability to work in an Agile environment using either Scrum or Kanban methodologies.
• Self-motivated and can work with minimal direction.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong analytical, problem solving and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to pass strict background check for handling sensitive data.
Mandatory Skills: FullStack Microsoft .NET Smart Web App .
Experience: 5-8 Years .
The expected compensation for this role ranges from $60,000 to $135,000 .
Final compensation will depend on various factors, including your geographical location, minimum wage obligations, skills, and relevant experience. Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro's standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.
