Job Description
Provide L2/L3 production support for Java/J2EE-based applications in a 24x7 enterprise environmentMonitor application health and alerts using tools such as Splunk, Dynatrace, AppDynamics, Grafana, or similar
Perform incident triage, analysis, and resolution within defined SLAs
Support application servers such as JBoss, WebLogic, WebSphere, or Tomcat
Work closely with DB teams (Oracle / SQL) for data-related issues
Participate in production releases, deployments, and post-release validationSupport containerized and cloud-based applications (Docker/Kubernetes exposure preferred).
Strong experience in Java / J2EE
Solid understanding of Spring / Spring Boot-based applications

Hands-on experience with log monitoring and APM tools (Splunk is heavily used)
Experience supporting applications in Linux/Unix environments
Good knowledge of SQL and database troubleshooting
Strong incident management and troubleshooting mindset
Experience with ServiceNow, Jira, or similar ticketing tools
Excellent communication skills for bridge calls and stakeholder updates
Mandatory Skills: Core Java .
Experience: 5-8 Years .
The expected compensation for this role ranges from $60,000 to $135,000 .
Final compensation will depend on various factors, including your geographical location, minimum wage obligations, skills, and relevant experience. Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro's standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.
