Job Description:

Gen AI Developer

• Design and develop scalable, production-ready AI applications. These applications use Google's Gemini models and the Vertex AI ecosystem, including Vertex AI Studio, Model Garden.
• Customize foundational models for specific business needs. This includes prompt engineering, supervised fine-tuning (SFT), and parameter-efficient fine-tuning (PEFT).
• Build and operate Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines at scale. Integrate models with enterprise data sources, such as BigQuery and Cloud Storage. The goal is to provide grounded and accurate responses.
• Integrate AI capabilities into business applications and workflows. This often uses Python-based APIs like Flask/FastAPI, webhooks, and orchestration frameworks such as LangChain or the Agent Development Kit.
• Implement Machine Learning Operations (MLOps) practices. This includes managing model versions and automating workflows with Vertex AI Pipelines. Monitor deployed models for data drift and performance using Vertex AI Model Monitoring.
• Work with cross-functional teams, provide technical guidance, and ensure AI solutions meet enterprise-grade security and compliance standard.
