Role Purpose
The purpose of the role is to support process delivery by ensuring daily performance of the Production Specialists, resolve technical escalations and develop technical capability within the Production Specialists.
Roles and Responsibilites:
- Design, develop, and maintain robust and scalable applications using Python and Java.
- Implement and optimize Elasticsearch functionalities for efficient data indexing, searching, and analysis.
- Integrate Elasticsearch with applications and other systems using RESTful APIs and other integration methods.
- Develop and maintain data pipelines for ingesting, transforming, and loading data into Elasticsearch.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., front-end developers, data scientists, product managers) to define requirements and deliver solutions.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code, adhering to coding standards and best practices.
- Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment processes.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to application performance, data integrity, and search functionality.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends in Python, Java, and Elasticsearch.

The expected compensation for this role ranges from $60,000 to $135,000 .
Final compensation will depend on various factors, including your geographical location, minimum wage obligations, skills, and relevant experience. Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro's standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.
