Technical Delivery Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Delivery Lead to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of complex technical projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of technical project management.

Key Responsibilities:
- Project Management: Lead and manage technical projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables. Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. Identify and mitigate risks and issues that may impact project delivery. Communicate project status, progress, and issues to stakeholders and senior management.
- DevOps Implementation: Oversee the implementation of DevOps practices, including continuous integration, continuous delivery, and automation of deployment processes. Excellent understanding of continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) processes.
- Agile Methodology: Apply Agile principles to manage project workflows, facilitate sprint planning, and conduct regular stand-ups and retrospectives. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the team.
- Team Leadership: Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment. Provide technical guidance and support to team members as needed.
- Stakeholder Communication: Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to understand project requirements, provide updates, and address any issues.
- Monitoring and Reporting: Utilize monitoring tools such as Splunk and Dynatrace to track project performance and identify areas for improvement. Hands-on experience with monitoring tools such as Splunk and Dynatrace.
- Problem Solving: Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly, ensuring minimal disruption to project timelines.
- Training and Development: Conduct training sessions and workshops to enhance the skills of team members and promote best practices.
- API Management: Manage and oversee API integrations and deployments.
- Release Management: Ensure smooth and efficient release management processes.
- Banking Domain Experience (Good to Have): Experience in the banking domain is a plus.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Technical Delivery Lead or similar role.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies is a plus.
- Relevant certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Scrum Master are preferred.

The expected compensation for this role ranges from $100,000 to $200,000 .

Final compensation will depend on various factors, including your geographical location, minimum wage obligations, skills, and relevant experience. Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro's standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.
