Position: Junior Recruiter - Talent Acquisition (fulltime)

Company Location: Yatap, Bundang

Responsibilities

  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer negotiation, and hiring closure
  • Proactively source qualified candidates and build talent pipelines using multiple channels such as job portals, networking, referrals, vendors, cold calling, and online recruiting platforms
  • Maintain close communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process and provide guidance through onboarding
  • Manage and optimize sourcing channels including job portals, internal referrals, and recruitment vendors
  • Support employer branding initiatives and post-recruitment activities on social media platforms (e.g., LinkedIn)
  • Track and analyse recruitment metrics and prepare regular recruitment reports
  • Handle other ad-hoc tasks and duties as reasonably required


Qualifications
  • Minimum 2 years of full-cycle recruitment experience in a high-volume hiring environment
  • Hands-on end-to-end recruiting experience in technical roles
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Fluent in both English and Korean, with the ability to actively participate in meetings and provide constructive input
  • 1-2 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment and/or sourcing
  • Experience in developing and executing sourcing strategies, including market mapping and search methodologies (Boolean search preferred)
  • Experience using ATS systems; SuccessFactors experience is a strong plus
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel, for data analysis, reporting, and recruitment tracking
