Role Purpose

We are looking for a Syniti professional with hands-on experience in data migration and data management initiatives, preferably in large ERP transformation programs. The role involves designing, developing, and executing data migration solutions using Syniti ADMM while ensuring data quality, accuracy, and performance.

REQUIRED SKILLS:

• MDM experience/support is secondary.
• BPR Data Conversion activities (Data extraction, profiling, scoping, mapping, transformation, validation (Pre and post load), S/4 load)
• Data load methodologies in S4 (LTMC, LSMW etc.)
  Data Quality Reporting (ECC, S4, Interim)
  Syniti ADM/ADMM project experience
• SAP ECC and S/4 technical expertise and table structures

Good To Have:

• Hands-on experience in Master Data Management, Data Governance, and Data Quality implementations. The role focuses on designing, configuring, and supporting MDM solutions using Syniti as part of large-scale ERP or digital transformation programs.
• 3-8 years of experience in MDM / Data Governance / Data Quality initiatives.
• Strong hands-on experience with Syniti MDM.
• Expertise in data governance concepts, data standards, and stewardship models.Strong SQL skills (MS SQL / Oracle / HANA).
• Experience working in ERP landscapes (SAP ECC / S/4HANA preferred).
• Experience with data profiling, cleansing, validation, and reconciliation.Familiarity with Agile/Scrum delivery models.
