This role offers a dynamic opportunity to contribute to Wipro Technologies-USA as a Sr Network Architect based onsite in Dallas, TX. You will be a pivotal part of our innovative Technology Services team, specifically within the TS - CISS - CIS domain, driving the design and implementation of scalable, secure, and resilient network infrastructures.

Your primary mission will be to lead the architectural vision and technical delivery of enterprise network solutions that power critical business functions and global operations. You will harness your deep expertise to craft and document robust network frameworks that ensure high availability, performance, and security across diverse environments including LAN, WAN, cloud integrations, and VoIP infrastructures.

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of complex, enterprise-grade network solutions aligned with Wipro's strategic objectives and industry best practices.
• Produce comprehensive technical documentation including architecture diagrams, configuration guides, and operational procedures to ensure knowledge transfer and maintainability.
• Conduct rigorous root cause analysis on network incidents or performance issues, driving timely remediation and implementing preventive measures to enhance system reliability.
• Champion engineering excellence by coaching and mentoring network engineers and technical staff, fostering a culture of continuous learning and high-quality delivery.
• Manage and prioritize technical debt, ensuring sustainable architecture evolution and optimized resource allocation within ongoing projects.

• Envision and architect network infrastructures that scale efficiently to meet growing business demands while minimizing latency and safeguarding data integrity.
• Proactively identify and mitigate technical risks associated with network design, security, and compliance through strategic foresight and stakeholder engagement.

• Develop and sustain strong working relationships with engineering leadership, product strategists, and third-party vendors to leverage collective expertise and maximize technology investment returns.
• Lead and influence cross-team initiatives aimed at eliminating redundant processes, fostering code and infrastructure reuse, and improving operational efficiency.
• Drive strategic discussions and decision-making processes by providing clear, data-backed insights and fostering consensus among diverse stakeholders.

• Act as a technical mentor for engineers at all levels, nurturing their professional development through constructive feedback, training sessions, and collaborative problem-solving.
• Provide visionary leadership that aligns engineering efforts with overall product domain strategies, ensuring transparent communication and coordinated goal achievement.

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or a related technical discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
• At least 9 years of progressive experience designing, implementing, and managing large-scale, high-availability network systems in enterprise environments.

• Extensive knowledge of LAN/WAN architectures, with hands-on proficiency in Cisco technologies, Meraki, Aruba, and Palo Alto firewall solutions.
• Expertise in advanced routing protocols including BGP and OSPF, and proven experience architecting highly available and scalable network infrastructures.
• Strong practical understanding of SD-WAN, MPLS, VXLAN technologies, and cloud networking integrations, capable of designing solutions that meet complex organizational needs.
• Demonstrated ability to integrate SIP architectures with commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) and custom-built systems in VoIP networking contexts.
• In-depth familiarity with network security principles, including secure-by-design frameworks, and collaboration experience with cybersecurity teams.
