Job Description:

  • Provide business analysis leadership for the design, enhancement, and rollout of Murex MX.3 components supporting buy-side investment management processes (portfolio management, order management, risk, valuation, P&L, accounting, and reporting).
  • Front-to-back workflows across asset classes (fixed income, equities, FX, derivatives), with emphasis on portfolio construction, trade lifecycle management, risk, performance, compliance, and investment accounting integration.


Required Skills:
  • 7-10 years as a Business Analyst in asset management or buy-side capital markets; 3-5 years hands-on with Murex MX.3 on buy-side implementations.
  • Strong understanding of portfolio management, order management, trade lifecycle, risk (market, credit), performance & attribution, compliance, and investment accounting.
  • Experience configuring MX.3 modules (portfolio, risk, compliance, accounting) and working with trade booking, static data, pricing, and curves.
  • Solid knowledge of market and reference data (Bloomberg, Refinitiv), benchmarks/indices, and custodian/administrator interfaces.
  • Familiarity with integration patterns (API, MQ, file-based, FpML/ISO 20022), and data warehouse/BI concepts.
  • Testing leadership: SIT/UAT, regression; strong documentation skills.
  • Regulatory familiarity: EMIR/MiFID II/SEC reporting, AIFMD/UCITS, IFRS/GAAP investment accounting; ESG data considerations.
  • Analytical mindset; stakeholder facilitation; Agile delivery experience.


Preferred Skills:
  • Experience with OMS/EMS platforms (e.g., Aladdin, Charles River, Bloomberg AIM) and reconciliation tools (e.g., SmartStream).
  • Knowledge of performance analytics tools and attribution methodologies.
  • Exposure to MX.3 upgrades/migrations and environment management.
  • Understanding of collateral management, securities lending, and liquidity management for buy-side.
  • Experience with cloud integrations and DevOps CI/CD for MX.3 interfaces.


Mandatory Skills: Murex .

Experience: 8-10 Years .

The expected compensation for this role ranges from $80,000 to $158,000 .

Final compensation will depend on various factors, including your geographical location, minimum wage obligations, skills, and relevant experience. Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro's standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.
