Experience with Credit / Capital Calculation Engines / QRM / Market risk technology implementation.

  • Familiarity with Axiom for capital reporting
  • 7-10 years of experience in capital management technology, treasury systems, or related financial services roles
  • Translate capital management business rules and data into detailed technology requirements, mappings, and controls, including requirement traceability matrices.
  • Proficiency in creating data/process flows and maintaining governance artifacts.
  • Solid foundational understanding of financial products
  • Experience & proven ability to translate business rules into technology requirements and maintain traceability.
  • Strong experience with SQL and data analysis across large datasets.
  • Author user stories and acceptance criteria using JIRA and Confluence.
  • Develop and maintain data lineage, catalogs, and control documentation to ensure transparency, compliance, and audit readiness.
  • Prepare test cases and plans; lead triage and QA activities to validate data and system integrity.
  • Conduct data discovery and profiling for critical capital data sources to ensure completeness, accuracy, and quality.
  • Perform hands-on work with data platforms, integration processes, and testing methodologies.
  • Create data and process flows using Visio, Confluence, and similar tools.
  • Utilize SQL for analysis across large datasets and demonstrate understanding of big-data concepts.
  • Maintain a strong foundational understanding of financial products and their impact on capital management.


Mandatory Skills: Securities and Capital Markets .

Experience: 3-5 Years .

The expected compensation for this role ranges from CAD 45/hr to CAD 60/hr .
