Role Purpose

As a Technical Lead L1 within Wipro Technologies' TS - DATA ANALYTICS & AI sector, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operational delivery of production processes. You will lead and support a team of Production Specialists by monitoring their daily performance, resolving complex technical challenges, and fostering skill enhancement to build robust technical capabilities. This role demands a combination of hands-on technical expertise, leadership finesse, and a strategic mindset to drive continuous improvement and maintain operational excellence.

Your responsibilities will include overseeing the production environment, providing timely resolutions to technical escalations, and collaborating cross-functionally to enhance process efficiencies. • Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience working with SQL Server, including deep knowledge of database architecture and query optimization.
• At least 2 years of proven experience in a Technical Lead capacity, demonstrating strong leadership and team management skills.
• Expertise in designing and maintaining efficient database schemas, including tables, indexes, views, and constraints to support scalable applications.
• Proficiency in reviewing and optimizing database designs from perspectives of performance, scalability, and security compliance.
• Advanced skills in writing, reviewing, and debugging complex T-SQL queries, stored procedures, functions, and triggers with a focus on maintainability and performance.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with application development teams to devise efficient data access strategies that boost overall system performance.
• Strong problem-solving abilities to troubleshoot production issues promptly and ensure minimal downtime.
• Excellent communication skills to articulate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
