Experience managing large programs, about 100 members
• Understand Customer landscape, pain points, guide the delivery teams
• Ensure release and milestones dates are aligned. Oversee delivery progress, take necessary actions where needed to align with the timelines
• Establish Governance with Customer, look for opportunities
• AI infusion
• Technical background in Java stack, react and cloud. Need not code, must understand the tech stack
