Job Description

Develop, enhance, and maintain Mainframe applications using COBOL, JCL, CICS, and DB2

Provide L2/L3 production support, including incident analysis, root cause analysis, and defect resolution.

[Monitor and support batch processing cycles, job scheduling, and file transmissions

Analyze abends, performance issues, and system logs to ensure application stability

Coordinate with business users, onsite teams, and cross-functional IT teams

Perform code reviews, impact analysis, and support change & release management

Prepare and maintain technical documentation, SOPs, and knowledge articles

Ensure adherence to SLA, ITIL, and compliance standards

Support application enhancements and minor development activities as required

The expected compensation for this role ranges from $80,000 to $158,000 .

Final compensation will depend on various factors, including your geographical location, minimum wage obligations, skills, and relevant experience. Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro's standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.
