Job Description

1. Should have 5 years of experience in Software assets, distribution & patch management tools like Manage Engine, SCCM, IBM Big fix etc.,
2. Good to have experience in Manage Engine (formerly Desktop Central).
3. Must have a good understanding of OS platforms, DBs Software installation, troubleshooting.
4. Carry good knowledge on Security, Network infrastructure, Server environment.
5. Manage and maintain ManageEngine infrastructure to ensure optimal performance.
6. Able to create software packaging & deploy on the target systems.
7. Discovery of computers and servers in the AD and pushing/installing agent in the systems.
8. Should be to perform the complete Patch deployment process including testing, planning, deploying to PROD without any issues.
9. Able to run Software inventory and manage the inventories and drive uninstallation of inappropriate software's found.
10. Independently should be able to drive Application Upgrade in the PROD environment.
11. Able to create, configure on demand reports, Dashboards from the console.
