Job Description:

SharePoint Framework - SPFx - Sr Developer

Location : PAN India

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement custom SharePoint solutions, including web parts, workflows, and forms.
• Create and maintain SharePoint sites, ensuring they are visually appealing, user-friendly, and aligned with corporate branding.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective SharePoint solutions.
• Develop and customise SharePoint pages using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and SharePoint Framework (SPFx).
• Manage SharePoint permissions, site structure, and content organisation.
• Integrate SharePoint with other business systems and third-party applications.
• Troubleshoot and resolve SharePoint issues and bugs.
• Provide ongoing support, training, and documentation for SharePoint users.
• Stay current with SharePoint best practices, updates, and emerging technologies.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a SharePoint Developer and Designer.
• Strong knowledge of SharePoint Online and SharePoint On-Premises.
• Proficiency in SharePoint Framework (SPFx), PowerShell, and SharePoint Designer.
• Experience with front-end technologies: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery, and REST APIs.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps) is a plus.
• Understanding of Microsoft 365 ecosystem and integration capabilities.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Microsoft certifications related to SharePoint or Microsoft 365.
• Experience with Agile development methodologies.
• Knowledge of UX/UI design principles.
