Role Purpose

The purpose of the role is to support process delivery by ensuring daily performance of the Production Specialists, resolve technical escalations and develop technical capability within the Production Specialists.

Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Testing Engineer with hands-on experience in testing ServiceNow modules, workflows, integrations, and custom applications. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of ITSM processes, ServiceNow platform capabilities, and automation/manual testing practices.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

ServiceNow Functional Testing

• Perform comprehensive testing across ServiceNow ITSM and GRC modules.
• Validate workflows, business rules, UI policies, client scripts, and integrations.
• Conduct UI testing, functional testing, regression testing, and end-to-end testing.

Automation & Tooling

• Use tools like ATF (Automated Test Framework) for ServiceNow automated tests.
• Create and maintain test scripts, test cases, and automation suites.

Integration & API Testing

• Test integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, MID server, and 3rd-party connectors.
• Validate data accuracy, transformation maps, and import sets.

Quality Assurance

• Identify bugs, track defects, and collaborate with developers for resolution.
• Maintain detailed test documentation, traceability matrices, and execution reports.

Collaboration

• Work closely with ServiceNow developers, architects, product owners, and business analysts.
• Participate in Sprint planning, UAT support, and release activities.
