Role Purpose

The purpose of this role is to provide significant technical expertise in architecture planning and design of the concerned tower (platform, database, middleware, backup etc) as well as managing its day-to-day operations

7 years of ServiceNow experience on varied Modules, with 5 years Drive Development and technical strategy

Strong command of ServiceNow across ITSM Development/Virtual Agent/Now Assist/Agent Workspace and ITAM ( HAM Pro,SAM Pro) and ITOM,Discovery,CMDB,ServiceMapping , TSM/TSOM ( Telecom) ,ITBM,SPM,PPM , TSM/TSOM ( Telecom) , ITBM,SPM,PPM.

Proven experience implementing and managing Large Enterprise Environments

Hands-on expertise in ITSM, ITOM,CMDB, SPM, APM, and GRC implementations , Discovery

Solid understanding of CMDB, Data modelling, Relational Data concepts, and Service Mapping

Practical experience with Discovery, Integration Hub, MID Servers, and Third-party Integrations

Working knowledge of ITIL, AGILE, and COBIT frameworks

Ability to clearly communicate with stakeholders and create impactful documentation and presentations

Mandatory Skills: ServiceNow - IT Service Management .

Experience: 5-8 Years .
