We are looking for a highly experienced, lead-level ServiceNow Service Mapping expert who can independently plan, design, deploy, optimize, and govern Service Mapping across the enterprise.

Key Expectations (Lead-Level)

  • Own end-to-end ServiceNow Service Mapping implementation-including planning, discovery, mapping, and deployment.
  • Design and manage Service Mapping infrastructure: MID servers, credentials, schedules, patterns.
  • Ensure accurate CMDB population and alignment with all other CMDB data sources.
  • Create and manage KPIs, dashboards, and health reports to track Service Mapping performance.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex mapping issues quickly and proactively.
  • Develop and maintain Service Mapping documentation, standards, and ITSM governance items.
  • Deliver enhancements and deploy new Service Mapping features/functionality.
  • Provide training, best practices, and guidance to stakeholders to increase adoption.
  • Manage both project and operational activities and deliverables with accountability.
  • Stay updated on the latest ServiceNow platform capabilities and apply learnings to improve solutions.


Ideal Candidate Profile

  • 10 years of ServiceNow experience with deep specialization in Service Mapping.
  • Proven leadership in large-scale enterprise implementations.
  • Strong understanding of CMDB, discovery, patterns, dependencies, and ITSM processes.
  • Ability to operate independently, own deliverables, and communicate with senior stakeholders.


Mandatory Skills: ServiceNow - System Administration .

Experience: 8-10 Years .
