Responsabilidades Principais

• projetar e implementar processos de ITSM: Gestão de Incidentes, Problemas, Mudanças, Solicitações e Configuração.

• Liderar implantações e melhorias da plataforma ServiceNow, incluindo Itens de Catálogo, Flow Designer e integrações de CMDB.

• Conduzir workshop e sessões de ideação para definir fluxos de trabalho para atendimento e garantia.

• Colaborar com equipes multifuncionais para alinhar os serviços de TI com os objetivos de negócios.

• Monitorar o desempenho do serviço e impulsionar iniciativas de melhoria contínua.

• Apoiar esforços de automação para reduzir o volume de incidentes e melhorar os tempos de resolução.

Habilidades Requeridas

• Strong expertise in ServiceNow (CSA certified preferred), including scripting, integration, and catalog design.

• Proficiência em framework ITIL e ferramentas ITSM (por exemplo, BMC, OpenText).

• Experiência com CMDB, ATF e análises de plataforma.

• Familiaridade com Java, Spring Boot, SQL e APIs RESTful.

• Excelentes habilidades de comunicação e gestão de stakeholders.
