Brindar soporte técnico de primer nivel y atención a clientes, asegurando una experiencia de servicio eficiente, oportuna y orientada a la solución de incidentes, siguiendo los estándares y lineamientos de Wipro.

🛠 Responsabilidades principales

  • Atender solicitudes e incidencias técnicas de usuarios finales a través de los canales establecidos (teléfono, correo, sistema de tickets).
  • Proporcionar soporte técnico básico (nivel 1) relacionado con hardware, software, aplicaciones y conectividad.
  • Registrar, documentar y dar seguimiento a los casos en las herramientas internas de soporte.
  • Escalar incidentes cuando sea necesario, asegurando una correcta comunicación con equipos de segundo nivel.
  • Brindar atención al cliente con enfoque en la solución y cumplimiento de SLA.
  • Dar seguimiento hasta el cierre del ticket, validando la satisfacción del usuario.
  • Cumplir con los procedimientos, políticas de seguridad y lineamientos internos de la compañía.


Requisitos

Experiencia:
  • Deseable 6 meses a 1 año en soporte técnico, service desk o atención a clientes (no indispensable).

Conocimientos básicos deseables:
  • Soporte a usuarios finales
  • Manejo de sistemas de tickets
  • Conocimientos básicos de Windows / Office
  • Atención y servicio al cliente
