• Good usage knowledge in Linux
• Knowledge and Work experience of Check_MK, Grafana, OEM
• Knowledge and Work experience on Jira and ServiceNow

T echnical Skills:

• Strong database administration
• Database upgrades on multiple versions and releases
• High availability (RAC) setup and administration
• Disaster recovery design, planning, setup and administer the Datagaurd (standby)
• Install, configure, maintain and troubleshooting OEM
• Monitoring tools Prometheus and Grafana.
• Knowledge on Exadata/Exacc
• OEM Configuration and management
• Automation through scripting
• Strong performance analysis on AWR, ADDM, SQL Profile, ASH and advisory views
• Experience on OS, Storage, Network and Virtualization activities
• Oracle Transparent Data Encryption
• Oracle RMAN
• TDE - Tablespace encryption and key management.
• Oracle Upgrading/Patching (DBUA,OPatch)Cloud (OCI, AWS, GCP)
• Oracle Database Administration & Lifecycle Management: Exadata, ExaCS, Oracle 19c, 12c
• High Availability and Disaster Recovery: Oracle RAC, Data Guard, RMAN, BCM & DR-Concepts
• Performance Tuning: Oracle AWR, ASH
• Automation: Shell scripting, Terraform
• Tool and Technologies: Oracle Enterprise Manager, OEM Cloud Control, Oracle Internet Directory, Golden Gate.

R equirements:

• Take over responsibility of Managed Service for Oracle DB
• SPOC for all Oracle DB Service requirements
• First Level Escalation Contact for Oracle DATABASE requirements
• Consultant for internal and external Oracle contract with Vendor
• ITSM Service Management
• Project Management
• Process Management
• Service Request and Incident Management
• Overall Product owner should abid with ITSM process .

T asks:

• Update Operational Document for Oracle DATABASE Service Definition
• Update Service Architecture for Oracle DATABASE Product Team
• Update Product Landscape for Oracle DATABASE Product Team
• Update Business Processes for Oracle DATABASE Product Team
• Update ITSM Processes for Oracle DATABASE Product Team
• Create/Update/Manage basic technical Infrastructure Setup for Oracle DATABASE
• CMDB changes and data to be uploaded on monthly basis for all DATABASE RU's
• Garfana Dashboard changes and confirguration to be owned and a backup of employee to be in place for all RU's geeting monitored through Grafana.
