We are seeking a Senior QA Validation Engineer to lead quality assurance and validation activities across advanced AI systems. This role requires strong technical expertise, hands-on testing skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the reliability, performance, and scalability of complex applications.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop detailed test plans, test cases, and automated test scripts
- Execute functional, regression, performance, and scalability testing
- Identify, document, and analyze defects, including root cause analysis
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, data scientists, and product managers
- Integrate profiling tools into testing workflows to improve performance and efficiency
- Manage and maintain test frameworks to support automation and continuous improvement
Required Skills and Experience
- Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, automated and manual testing processes, and defect management practices
- Proficiency in Python for test automation and scripting
- Familiarity with AI frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow
- Experience working in Linux environments, with debugging tools and profiling techniques
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities
- Proven experience in a senior or lead QA/validation role
