Sr. JAVA Fullstack Developer

Java Full stack AI Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and engineer end-to-end AI/ML and GenAI solutions, including document understanding, summarization, and theme extraction.
• Build and maintain LLM-based pipelines, including Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems using vector databases and advanced indexing strategies.
• Develop and optimize Generative AI applications for text summarization, content generation, and knowledge extraction from structured and unstructured data.
• Apply advanced GenAI tuning techniques such as QLORA, LORA, and PEFT to fine-tune large language models.
• Implement and optimize vector search and embedding pipelines to enhance search accuracy and performance.
• Perform prompt engineering to maximize LLM accuracy and efficiency.
• Design and develop high-performance RESTful and GraphQL APIs using modern frameworks.
• Contribute to full-stack development, including front-end UI and back-end services.
• Collaborate with product managers, AI model teams, and engineers to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Deploy, monitor, and maintain AI models in production, contributing to MLOps practices such as model versioning, CI/CD, and monitoring.
• Participate actively in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, sprint planning, and code reviews.
• Stay current with the latest advancements in Generative AI, NLP, and software engineering, and proactively propose innovations.

Required Technical Skills

• Minimum 5 years of proven software development experience.
• Strong understanding of Data Structures, Algorithms, and Object-Oriented Programming.
• Deep knowledge of modern application architecture principles.
• Extensive experience with Service-Oriented and Microservices architectures.
• Expert-level proficiency in Python and frameworks/libraries such as FastAPI, Pydantic, PyTorch, HuggingFace ecosystem.
• Hands-on experience building and deploying applications using Large Language Models (LLMs).
• Strong expertise in NLP techniques: text classification, summarization, topic modeling.
• Experience with Agentic Workflows and Model Context Protocol (MCP).
• Strong experience with RAG frameworks (e.g., LangChain, LlamaIndex).
• Hands-on knowledge of vector databases, embeddings, and semantic search.
• Front-end development using React or similar JavaScript frameworks, HTML5, and CSS.
• Back-end development using Python, Java, or similar languages.
• Strong experience in API design and development (REST/GraphQL).
• Strong knowledge of SQL and PL/SQL, with experience in Oracle or other RDBMS.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and tools such as Maven, Gradle, Jenkins, Docker, OpenShift.
• Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
• AWS experience is a strong advantage.
• Proficiency with Git / GitHub Enterprise.
