Job Summary
As a Senior Talent Acquisition Manager, you will lead the end-to-end recruitment strategy to attract and retain top-tier talent. You will act as a strategic partner to leadership, managing a team of recruiters while optimizing hiring processes through data analytics and innovative sourcing. Your goal is to build a sustainable talent pipeline that aligns with the company's long-term growth and cultural values.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive talent acquisition strategies and workforce plans.
Team Leadership: Manage, coach, and develop a high-performing team of recruiters and coordinators.
Stakeholder Partnership: Collaborate with department heads and executives to identify staffing needs and define candidate profiles.
Full-Cycle Recruitment: Oversee the entire hiring lifecycle, including executive search, sourcing, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
Employer Branding: Lead initiatives to enhance the organization's reputation and visibility as an employer of choice.
Data & Analytics: Utilize recruitment metrics and KPIs (e.g., Time to Fill, Quality of Hire) to optimize the effectiveness of the TA function.
Process Optimization: Implement and manage recruitment technologies, such as Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), to streamline workflows.
Required Qualifications
Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master's degree (MBA) is often preferred.
Experience: Typically 7-10 years in talent acquisition, with at least 2-3 years in a leadership or managerial role.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter, advanced sourcing techniques (Boolean search), and HRIS/ATS platforms like Workday or Taleo.
Soft Skills: Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.

The expected compensation for this role ranges from $80,000.00 to $173,800.00
Final compensation will depend on various factors, including your geographical location, minimum wage obligations, skills, and relevant experience. Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro's standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.
