Role: Senior ETL Specialist
Location: Irving, TX or Plano, TX (3 Days onsite/week)
Job Description:
Design, develop and maintain ETL processes using SSIS and Autosys tools
Develop and optimize T-SQL queries, Stored procedure and functions for data extraction and reporting
Configure and maintain SQL server Agent jobs and Autosys jobs scheduling
Perform Database migrations and upgrades from older SQL server versions to newer versions.
Support the design, development, and maintenance of data warehouse structure.
Monitor and manage database performance, reliability and security
Perform data analysis, validation and transformation to support business intelligence needs
Troubleshoot and resolve database and ETL related issues promptly
Collaborate with application, infrastructure and business teams to ensure database stability and performance.

Maintain documentation for database architecture, ETL workflows, and operational processes.
Enhance and automate BAU processes to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort.
Skill set:
Strong proficiency in SQL server (T-SQL, indexing, query tuning)
Hands-on-experience with SSIS and ETL development
Good understanding of data warehousing principles (fact, dimension models and schema)
Experience with data migration, integration and performance optimization
Experience with enhance and automating BAU workflows.
Experience resolving critical production issues and high-level escalations.
Knowledge of database backup, recovery, and maintenance strategies.
Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Mandatory Skills: MS SQL .
Experience: 5-8 Years .
The expected compensation for this role ranges from $60,000 to $135,000 .
Final compensation will depend on various factors, including your geographical location, minimum wage obligations, skills, and relevant experience. Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro's standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.
