Work Environment:

  • Hybrid - from Gdańsk/Warsaw, 3 days from the office


Key Responsibilities:

  • Acquire knowledge and detailed understanding on customer's landscape and architecture.
  • Validate Scope of Work and Due Diligence of Data and identify gaps.
  • Validate RLS and identify skill gaps.
  • Gather required and detailed information and develop SMTD with complete understanding of customer's architecture.
  • Make sure SOPs are up to date with any changes in the process flows & same is updated to the team.
  • Responsible for giving reverse knowledge transfer to BAU and getting sign-off from customer and internal stakeholders
  • Effectively articulate risks and get sign-off on SMTD, Risk Register and other technical / operational documents. Propose risk mitigation plan and options.
  • Responsible for implementing best practice, hardening, service assurance rollout.
  • Knowledge and ability to identify the technical and operational risks well in advance and make recommendations of solution options.
  • Changes management in customer devices for remote management of devices and onboarding of Monitoring tool.
  • Leading from the front, take end-to-end ownership transition, and smooth Go Live of services from the perspective of People, Process and Technology.


Skills & Qualifications:

  • Should have minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in DevOps.
  • Good experience in AWS Services (Cloud IAM, Security, Networking, computing and other AWS services).
  • Understanding & experience with CAAS (Containers as a service) mandatory.
  • Experience with EKS.
  • Good experience in Azure Services.
  • Knowledge of Linux admin.
  • Experience in Terraform for Infrastructure automation.
  • Hands-on experience with Ansible for Configuration Management.
  • Experience with CI/CD tools (AWS/Azure DevOps).
  • Pipeline creation using YAML.
  • Experience with Logging, metrics and tracing tools.
  • Experience in Prometheus and Grafana for metrics collection and visualization.
  • Implementing AWS security best practices (IAM, Security Group, KMS and secret Manager).
  • Strong troubleshooting skills on AWS/Azure cloud env.
  • Experience with post-mortems and root cause analysis.
  • Perform operational tasks, including system upgrades, patching, and maintenance.
  • Develop and maintain runbooks, SOP, and automation scripts and quarterly review with version history.
  • Collaboration with engineers for issue escalation and resolution.
  • Experience working with Cross-functional teams (Cloud, Security, Network, Developers Firewall teams).
  • Ability to handle on-call rotation and work in a 24*7 support env.
  • Understanding ITSM workflows to handle P4, P3, P2, P1 SLA.
