Senior Manager - Delivery Leader - Bengaluru for Content Moderation Business
Role Summary:
The Project Manager is the single point of contact of Trust & Safety SQA performance, accountable for how quality, RCA, stakeholder alignment, and team capability translate into measurable business outcomes for Google and Delivery.
Experience: 15 years overall | 7 years in Content Moderation (Trust & Safety)
Responsibility:
Program Ownership & Stakeholder Command: Acts as the single owner and central control point for the end-to-end SQA program. Accountable for aligning priorities and expectations between Google, Delivery, and SQA teams to ensure seamless execution.
Partnering for Quality & Business Excellence: Drives quality as a business-critical function by converting audit and RCA (Root Cause Analysis) outputs into operational impact. Calibrates outcomes to distinguish between Google escalations and internal resolutions while providing risk intelligence for policy updates.

Operating Model & Workflow Excellence: Responsible for designing and maintaining a structured SQA operating model. Focuses on reducing task duplication, eliminating "firefighting" workflows, and creating team capacity for deep-dive research, learning, and specialization.
Governance, Communication & Execution Rhythm: Leads all governance and client forums. Acts as the primary orator to filter complexity, ensuring all stakeholder discussions remain strictly data-driven, outcome-focused, and aligned with delivery milestones.
Continuous Improvement & Platform Safety: Leverages quality insights and RCA data to proactively improve content accuracy and moderator effectiveness. Focuses on risk prevention and sustained performance across specific product areas including Gmail, Apps, Drive, and RTC
