A proactive, passionate email developer who is eager to grow personally and is looking for a great company with an experienced team to develop within. Are you ready for a new challenge and do you want to write complex and dynamic email HTML code? Then we're looking for you!

If you fully recognize yourself in this, you'll be joining the Marketing Automation & Campaigning (MAC) team. This team is responsible for building the best possible customer experience across all digital channels. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining how we present ourselves via email. We have an ambitious mission: to deliver a flawless, customer-first experience.

You will work on building and designing customer journeys for both prospective customers and our existing customer base-from high-level strategic and creative concepts to fast-paced (but equally important) day-to-day communications. You will collaborate closely with colleagues within your own team as well as with colleagues from other teams, such as brand managers, (product) marketers, program marketing managers, UX designers, online marketers, front-end developers, and content managers from other departments.

What will you be doing exactly?
• Building attractive, well-functioning, and innovative email templates.
• Ensuring optimal rendering across different email clients using Litmus or Email on Acid.
• Creating reusable content blocks that are applied as standard in emails.
• Applying the latest email development techniques within campaigns; Your email templates are, of course, mobile-friendly and fully aligned with our brand identity. You will do this in collaboration with designers. Campaign specialists will then use your templates and structures to set up successful campaigns.

What do you bring to the table?
• More than 2 years of experience or a strong affinity with email marketing;
• Knowledge of HTML and CSS; (Selligent platform)
• Proven experience in developing consumer-focused marketing content;
• A clear vision of what an excellent digital customer experience looks like, the ability to convince others of this vision, and the ability to optimize workflows to improve communication;
• A clear vision on innovation within the field (especially in AI and automation) and a strong awareness of new features and developments;
• Fluent in Dutch, with good command of English;
• Ability to perform well under pressure and work with deadlines;
• A pragmatic and results-driven approach.
