• 1. MD-level NSEC / Cyber Change Delivery lead to accelerate the transformation (MD-level equivalent).

• Contribute to the development of the broader Cybersecurity NSEC strategy with an emphasis on people, process and the change capability required to execute the strategy.
• Working closely with the Global Head of Cybersecurity Delivery to continually refine the multi-year Cybersecurity investment strategy.
• Ensure delivery of the Cybersecurity NSEC programme in line with Cybersecurity vision and strategy.
• Establish the frameworks and mechanisms that enable cybersecurity to manage and monitor its services and capabilities, ensuring value end-to-end across both RTB and CTB (One Wallet), and ultimately to our business and customers.
• Drive accountability for the successful delivery of Cybersecurity NSEC change programme.
• Establish the process to ensure demand for NSEC change investment is understood, quantified, and prioritized in line with Cybersecurity priorities and the strategic direction.
• This will include facilitating the process to identify opportunities for continuous improvement across the Cybersecurity organization Develop and deliver a programme of continuous improvement across the cybersecurity function, improving processes and automation.
• Support the prioritisation of cybersecurity investment and ensuring there is a robust financial criteria and balanced metrics aligned to the vision and purpose for each programme/project.
• Support the development of a learning culture and embedding best practice in project management techniques.
