Job Description OKTTA IDN
JD Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and support Okta IAM solutions, including SSO, MFA, user lifecycle management, and federation
- Configure and manage F5 BIG-IP (LTM/APM) for secure application access, load balancing, and access policies
- Integrate applications using SAML, OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect (OIDC), and LDAP
- Manage Okta Universal Directory, group rules, policies, and workflows
- Implement and support conditional access and MFA policies using Okta
- Work with application teams to onboard and migrate applications to Okta and F5
- Troubleshoot authentication, authorization, and access-related issues across environments
- Support high availability, failover, and performance tuning for F5 components
- Maintain documentation, standards, and runbooks for IAM solutions
- Ensure IAM solutions comply with security policies and industry best practices
- Participate in incident response, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives
