Role Purpose
As a trained PM with Scrum Master experience , you are responsible for facilitating a Scrum team and are accountable for removing impediments of the team to achieve the sprint goals/deliverables. You are responsible to ensure that the Scrum process is used as intended. A key part of your role is to protect the development team, allow the teams to be self managed, foster collaboration across teams and keep them focused on the tasks at hand.

Key Responsibilities
Project Execution / Leadership
• Drive the lifecycle delivery of technology initiatives-from concept through deployment to transition to Operations and ultimately closure.
• Establish and/or manage the tracking and reporting of delivery plans, roadmaps, milestones, and dependencies across multiple teams or workstreams.
• Ensure delivery outcomes align to scope, timeline, budget, and quality expectations.
• Proactively identify risks, issues, and blockers. Negotiate with Sr. Leaders mitigation plans and manage status reporting.
• Support fostering a culture of accountability and early awareness of risks and issues.
• Serve as the primary point of accountability for delivery status, health, and progress.
• Facilitate clear, frequent communication with senior leadership, business partners, and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Implement and enforce delivery framework standards, including sprint cadence, release processes, quality controls, and reporting requirements.
• Ensure adherence to Change Standards requirements.
Preferred
• Certifications: PMP, PMI-ACP, ScrumMaster, SAFe, or equivalent.
• Familiarity with modern SDLC practices
• Practical use of Jira, Microsoft software (including CoPilot), ServiceNow and Cutover is a plus
Mandatory Skills: Project Management .
Experience: 5-8 Years .
The expected compensation for this role ranges from $60,000 to $135,000 .
Final compensation will depend on various factors, including your geographical location, minimum wage obligations, skills, and relevant experience. Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro's standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.
