    Roles and responsibilities:
    
    1. Minimum of 5 years of experience working as a Scrum Master in complex project environments.
    
    2. Strong understanding of Agile principles and practices, with experience in implementing Agile methodologies in cross-functional teams.
    
    3. Experience in facilitating agile ceremonies and PI planning.
    
    4. Responsible for creating MSR, WSR, and other analysis reports based on customer request.
    
    5. Proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously and driving project delivery within scope, schedule, and budget constraints.
    
    6. Excellent communication with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders.
    
    7. Experience in managing stakeholder relationships in diverse environments.
    
    8. Certified in CSM is a plus

Mandatory Skills: Agile Scrum Methodology .
