Job Description:
Resposibilities
- Teach, facilitate, mentor, and coach teams on all things Agile - Scrum, Lean, and Kanban-bringing best practices into the organization.
- Act as an Individual Contributor who coordinates and coaches teams within Agile frameworks while enabling self-sufficiency in day-to-day operations.
- Lead and coach cross-functional technology teams through M&A integrations from Day-1 readiness to full system consolidation.
- Drive iterative planning, backlog refinement, and sprint execution for predictable delivery.
- Mentor Scrum Masters and Product Owners to ensure alignment with enterprise Agile frameworks.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies for integration initiatives (PI Planning, Scrum of Scrums, ART Syncs) focused on milestones like cutovers, migrations, and decommissions.
- Serve as the Agile tooling authority for Jira Align and ADO, ensuring portfolio-to-team connectivity and traceability.
- Design and maintain dashboards and metrics reflecting integration progress (e.g., % systems converted, app rationalization velocity).
- Lead large-scale Agile transformations and complex Agile delivery initiatives.
- Partner with senior leadership to transition from waterfall or partial Scrum frameworks to Lean Agile.
- Establish Lean Agile routines and practices including Kanban management, Scaled Agile Value Stream Mapping, PI planning and execution, and insights into CI/CD, DevOps, and automation.
- Build strong partnerships with Business Relationship Managers, Platform Leaders, and Functional Integration Leads.
- Create a culture where Agile teams thrive through continuous improvement, collaboration, and alignment.
- Experience in Agile delivery, with at least 5 years as an Agile Coach in fast-paced, technology-driven environments.
- Hands-on expertise in Jira Align and Azure DevOps configuration, reporting, and analytics.
- Experience leading enterprise-wide Agile transformations and large-scale software delivery.
- Working knowledge of product lifecycle processes and deliverables.
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM), SAFe Program Consultant (SPC), CSP, or PMI-ACP preferred.
- Deep knowledge of Agile principles, Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe), Lean, and Product Development Flow.
- Excellent facilitation and communication skills with senior business and technology leaders.
- Experience coaching and training across portfolio, program, and team levels.
- Strong analytical mindset with experience turning metrics into actionable insights.
- Experience in facilitation, training, and public speaking.
- Working knowledge of Application Lifecycle and Agile Management tools.
